What we do
We provide a wide spectrum of corporate finance advisory services as sponsor and/or financial adviser ("FA") to companies pursuing initial public offering ("IPO") in Hong Kong, and FA, independent financial adviser ("IFA") and compliance adviser ("CA") to companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK")
- IPO Sponsor - Assisting companies to carry out the IPO and leading the whole IPO process.
- Financial Advisor - Providing one-stop full spectrum corporate finance advisory services including merger and acquisition, fund raising exercises and other corporate finance advisory services.
- Independent Financial Advisor - Providing independent advice to the independent board committees and/or independent shareholders of Hong Kong listed companies.
- Compliance Advisor - Advising newly listed companies on compliance related matters in accordance to Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the SEHK.
