General Policy Statement
We pledge to meet fully recognized standards of personal data privacy protection in complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
Data collection and use
Personal data is collected from our site visitors on a voluntary basis. Personal Data may include names, addresses, e-mail addresses etc. The information is used by us for the purposes stated on the respective screens on which we request your personal data. The Personal Data will not be used for any other purposes without your consent unless such use if permitted or required by law.
Retention and accuracy
If the user ceases to have registration with us, the relevant personal data will be automatically deleted 3 months after date of deregistration.
We do not provide on-line facilities for you to delete or correct personal data held by us.
Data Security
All personal data you provide to us is secured on our web site. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel of SBI China Capital Group.
Access and correction
If you which to request access to and/or correction of your personal data held by us, you may do so in writing addressed to Data Privacy Officer, SBI China Capital Group, Unit A2, 32/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong.
