SBI E2-Capital acted as the Sole Lead Manager and Bookrunner of A8 Digital Music, which recorded a subscription level of approximately 128 times subscription for the public offer.
A8 Digital Music Holdings Limited, a leading integrated digital music company in China, announced its share offer results on 10 June 2008. The public offer of 9,100,000 shares received a level subscription of approximately 128 times, while the placing of 81,900,000 shares was moderately over-subscribed. The offer price was fixed at HK$1.90 per share while the gross IPO proceeds amounted to HK$172.9 million. SBI E2-Capital was the Sole Bookrunner and Lead Manager. Dealings in A8 Digital Music’s shares commence trading on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Thursday, 12 June 2008 under the stock code of 00800.HK.
