In September 2016, SBI China Capital has co-invested in Fang Yuan Securities Limited (Registered share capital RMB 1.5 billion) with Suzhou Kelida Building & Decoration Co Limited whose shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (603828.SH).
